I almost gave a good review for the okay breakfast and clean common areas, but the mold in my bathroom ruined it all. Not to mention, i had to hunt down the attendant for check-in like i was some unimportant nobody. I expected at least a complimentary gift for my troubles. This place woudl ve been lovely if they cared. What a shame!

I got charged twice for my stay, because the card I used to book with was not the same card I used to pay with. I called to talk to the front desk to resolve this matter and the lady that answered was rude and hateful. She told me that it happens and the other charge will come off my first card when the other payment goes through. She said she can't do anything because the banks are closed. I told her that the payment came through to both cards and I had talked to my bank (even though they were closed, bc my bank is open 24/7.
